Area Operations Manager - Retail Operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficient store management, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
  
• Oversee franchise operations including COCO & FOFO (Company Owned, Company Operated, and Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated)
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all areas under operation.
  
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Retail Operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of company-owned stores' operations and franchise operations.
  
• Proven track record in managing multiple locations simultaneously.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.
