Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through various channels such as Agency Channel, Direct Channel, and Bancassurance.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase insurance penetration in assigned areas.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training where necessary.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
