About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations / Area Manager to oversee our restaurant, QSR and food court outlets across the Yamuna Expressway belt and Vrindavan. This is a field-based role with daily travel between outlets, responsible for operations, sales, quality, cost control and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple outlets (restaurants, QSR and food courts)
• Visit outlets daily and ensure SOPs, hygiene, food safety and quality standards are followed
• Achieve sales, profitability and cost targets (food cost, manpower cost, wastage)
• Manage outlet managers and teams, including hiring, training and performance reviews
• Control inventory, procurement and vendor coordination
• Monitor customer feedback, service quality and brand standards
• Analyse P&L, MIS and operational reports and take corrective action
• Ensure statutory compliance (FSSAI, licences, audits)
• Open new outlets and support launches, as required
• Report to management with regular updates and performance reviews

Requirements (updated):

• Graduate / MBA or Hotel Management degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in operations
• Must have managed a minimum of 5-7 outlets at the same time
• Must have handled a team of 500+ people (direct and indirect reporting)
• Mandatory experience in restaurants, hotels, QSR and food courts
• Own car is mandatory, with willingness to travel daily and extensively
• Maximum age: 42 years
• Should be based in Noida / Delhi NCR nearby, or ready to relocate near the outlets (Yamuna Expressway / Vrindavan)
• Strong leadership, P&L ownership and people management skills
• Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred
