About this role
Reporting to - Head Operations
Title: Area Manager (Depends on experience)
Location: Bangalore
Role Purpose: Lead regional operations with a strong focus on successful new store launches, operational excellence, and profitability across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee multi-unit store operations within the region.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and audit standards.
- Conduct regular store reviews and performance audits through regular visits.
- Drive ODCs and LSM
2. P&L Ownership
- Drive sales, margins, and cost control (food, labor, wastage).
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
3. Team Leadership
- Develop Area & Store Managers.
- Ensure strong talent pipeline for expansion. Drive engagement and retention.
- Audit & compliance scores
Experience
- 6–10+ years in QSR/Retail operations
- Strong multi-unit leadership experience
