Area Manager

Location: Punjab Region (Mohali, Chandigarh & Nearby Areas)
CTC: 7.2 LPA - 12 LPA
Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA Preferred

Manage branch operations and sales performance across the Punjab region
Drive business growth and achieve regional revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and train Branch Managers and sales teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Monitor market trends and identify expansion opportunities
Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
Conduct branch audits and performance reviews
Prepare and present regional performance reports to management

- 5-8 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab
- Experience in Gold Loan, Gold Buying, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred
