Area manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across the assigned territory and retail channels.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive business growth.
• Conduct regular market and store visits to ensure execution excellence and compliance.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.

Experience

• Mandatory experience of 8+ years with exposure to large scale volume business
• Strong understanding of Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle Retail
• Multi-store / Area Retail Operations experience
• Strong sales and commercial orientation
• Business & retail KPI understanding
