Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned franchise partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational, commercial and business related matters.

• Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide consultative support to help franchisees achieve sales, profitability and operational targets.

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports and growth plans during business reviews.

• Monitor execution of new product launches, promotions and operational changes.

• Conduct potential market surveys for new stores following the New Store Feasibility Checklist.

• Drive achievement of business targets across the assigned territory.

• Ensure adherence to franchise agreements, company policies, statutory requirements and operational standards.

• Develop local marketing strategies tailored to each new store and franchise requirements to drive footfall and revenue.
