About this role
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales performance for the assigned area/territory.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Field Sales executives.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Drive new customer acquisition and maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor team productivity, daily activities, conversions, and performance.
- Ensure regular field visits and effective market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance guidelines.
