Area Manager / Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations and performance of our Chennai clinics, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Drive business growth, revenue generation, client acquisition, retention, and repeat visits.

Monitor clinic-level KPIs, operational targets, and financial performance.

Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and client coordinators.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, clinical service standards, customer experience protocols, and compliance requirements.

Monitor client satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency across locations.

Work closely with the central leadership team on business planning, marketing initiatives, people management, and process improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and overall clinic performance.

Support new initiatives, team development, and the consistent implementation of company policies.

Candidate Profile:

Relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitals, clinics, aesthetics, or a similar service-oriented industry.

Proven experience in multi-location operations, team management, and business development.

Strong understanding of revenue targets, operational KPIs, customer experience, and P&L management.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

A commercially driven individual with a strong focus on operational excellence and business growth.
