Area Manager -Telesales | Life Insurance

We have an urgent opening for the position of Area Manager-Telesales in Banca Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company .

• Handling a team of 3 to 5 Branch Managers, Further BMs Handling Relationship Managers.
• Manage channel relationship, influence ensure delivery of annual target from the channels.
• Achieve channel objectives on key business levers like activation, productivity ATS
• Achieve Lead adequacy ratio (LAR) Lead conversion ratio (LCR)
• Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with tele channel heads leading to continuous business development
• Study competitor activities formulate strategies to achieve maximum market share
• Conduct business development activities through effective utilization of zonal budgeting system
• Interact with the channels partners at agreed levels frequency to manage expectations, have a committed and a partnership based relationship (visit multi city units where required)
• SMP adherence to ensure appropriate channel engagement
• Drive business to ensure optimum potential utilization of the relationship/vertical
• Maintain appropriate channel partner satisfaction on support provided by the sales team to ensure zero escalations
• Ensure intra inter departmental collaboration to close issues related to proposal processing
• Adhere to statutory and regulatory norms (specifically to distance marketing applicable to tele channels)
• Ensure defined procedures / processes are followed to maintain compliant sales
