Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve project sales targets through effective territory management.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for business development, key account management, channel sales, market development, and B2B partnerships.
  
• Oversee hospitality sales efforts to drive revenue growth for the company's projects in Ahmedabad.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement solutions.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in real estate industry with expertise in project sales, business development, key account management, channel sales, marketing development.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply.
