Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Maximum 33 years
• Education: Full-time graduate or above
• Monthly Business Target: 4 crore month-on-month
• Sourcing Channel: DSA channel only
• Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
• ROI: 16%17%
• Location Delhi, Mumbai( Andheri & Thane), Chennai, Baroda, Bangalore 5 nos. mandates (1 each location)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong experience in Prime LAP sales, an established DSA network, and a proven track record of consistently delivering 4 crore in monthly business through the DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Prime LAP business exclusively through DSAs.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and new DSA partners.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and internal policies.
• Drive business at the expected ROI of 16%–17%.
