Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Sourcing Channel: DSA Only
Priority 1 (P1) Locations:
Delhi, Mumbai (Andheri & Thane), Baroda
Priority 2 (P2) Locations:
Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Coimbatore, Chennai, Ludhiana, Surat, Indore, Mysore, Warangal, Hyderabad & Vijayawada
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Maximum 33 years
- Education: Full-time Graduate or above
- Experience: Strong experience in Prime LAP sales
- Monthly Business Target: 5 Crore
- Sourcing: Strong and established DSA network
- ROI: 9.5% – 11%
Compensation Reference:
- Senior Executive: Up to 12 LPA
- Assistant Manager: Up to 17 LPA
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Candidates with proven experience in Prime LAP, a strong DSA network, and a consistent track record of achieving 5 Crore monthly business through the DSA channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Prime LAP business exclusively through DSAs.
- Build and maintain strong DSA relationships.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and credit policy compliance.
- Deliver business within the targeted ROI range.
