Client acquisition and business generation for LAS.

• Responsible for developing present and surrounding locations for LAS
• Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth
• Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience
• Acquire new clients
• Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income
• Risk maintenance for clients
• Maintain the required pricing, revenue generation
• Initiate visibilities in cities where our visibility is low

• What rate to give to clients and channel partners

• 5-6 years in relevant industry
• Prior experience with channel partner management, relationship management and cross-selling
• Strong sales background
• Knowledge of LAS industry and business domain is a must
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills
• Excellent Team Management Interpersonal Skills
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter
