Role Description The Area Manager Investment Product Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Beawar and Ajmer. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales of investment products, managing relationships with existing clients, and expanding the customer base in the assigned area. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, promoting suitable investment solutions, achieving sales and revenue targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Area Manager will collaborate with internal teams to understand product features, stay informed about market and regulatory developments, and provide feedback to improve offerings. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, portfolio performance, and client requirements.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investment Strategies to recommend suitable products aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Investments and Investment Management to oversee product positioning, portfolio mix, and client engagement.
• Candidates should possess a good grounding in Finance to understand financial products, valuation, and regulatory considerations.
• Relevant experience in investment product sales, wealth management, or financial services business development is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work with diverse client segments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in financial markets or wealth management are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work towards sales targets, manage an area or territory, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
