Area Manager-Financial Distribution

Area Manager / Assistant Area Manager - FPD Channel

Chennai / Vizag / Kochi locations

Reporting to Zonal Head FPD Channel

1. Business & Revenue

• Drive FPD sales and revenue targets for the assigned area.
• Build and expand the customer base.
• Improve revenue, profitability and productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase client acquisition.
• Develop UHNI/HNI, corporate and affluent customer relationships.

2. Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Financial Product Distributors (FPDs).
• Set individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance and productivity.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team.
• Manage hiring, engagement and retention of FPDs.
• Conduct talent mapping and monitor competitor teams.

4. Customer Management

• Acquire new customers and manage existing relationships.
• Understand customers' financial requirements.
• Generate referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and grievances.
• Maintain accurate customer and financial information.

5. Training & Development

• Ensure FPDs receive product, process and behavioural training.
• Improve team capability and sales productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions.

6. Compliance & Risk

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor sales processes and customer servicing.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Preferred candidate profile
