• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Experience managing 3 branch managers
• Strong team handling and sales management skills
• Direct Sales exposure mandatory

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Direct Sales with minimum 5 years of team Handling (L2) experience required.
