About this role
Role holder to lead the team in the region to ensure Customer Satisfaction, Business Growth through Service Promotion and effective Service Reach.
Role & responsibilities
- Strategize and develop service plan in line for enhanced CSI score.
- To strategize and improve service reachability.
- To improve reach, systems and productivity of dealer infrastructure.
- To ensure efficient complaint handling SOPs are implemented across the region.
- Ensure skill development of team and dealer teams through regular learning interventions.
- Achieve revenue growth and profitability at dealer points through initiatives and regular reviews.
Preferred candidate profile
- An Engineering graduate with 10+ years in the Auto / Tractor industry. Should have been in after sales function leading a region or have exposure handling a team.
- Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
- Position Reporting to: Regional Manager - Customer Support.
