Area Manager/Cluster Manager in Retail (West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha)

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets across stores
• Monitor store operations, inventory, and customer service
• Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and teams
• Track KPIs, sales performance, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Retail or Management preferred.

• 10-13 years of experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple stores.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Strong experience in team leadership and Store Manager management.
• Good knowledge of inventory, merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned store locations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
