Area Legal Bad Debt

Role & responsibilities

• Handle legal recovery cases for delinquent and bad debt accounts.
• Coordinate with panel advocates for litigation and recovery proceedings.
• Manage SARFAESI, DRT, arbitration, and other legal recovery processes.
• Draft and review legal notices, replies, and recovery-related documents.
• Follow up on court cases and ensure timely legal actions.
• Maintain MIS and provide regular updates on recovery cases.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Law Graduate (LLB preferred).
• 1-5 years of experience in legal recovery, collections, or litigation.
• Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, DRT proceedings, and debt recovery laws.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and case management skills.

Preferred Industry: Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Debt Recovery, Collections.
