• Managed Modern Trade Store and Handled and coordinated promoter teams across assigned outlets to ensure product visibility and sales growth.
• Managed promoter attendance, performance, and daily sales reporting
• Coordinated with store managers for stock replenishment and visibility improvement.
• Ensured proper merchandising and promotional execution at store level.
• Ensuring the Promoters are available at all stores and managing their hiring
