Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of Maintenance and shutdown planning related to RHF, Mill Area, Finishing Area, Motor Shop
• Rolling Mill,Drives ,Lighting Power system & all Auxiliary machines
• Improving E&I equipment availability of above mentioned area
• Overall responsibility of Automation (Siemens,Rockwell,BCH, ) and its trouble shooting and fault analysing IBA system
• Responsible for Managing the shift.
• Spare planning related to E&I maintenance of Motors, Drives ,PLC & Instrumentation, all Auxiliary machines
• Awareness & Implementation of SAP-PM module.
• Implementation of various systems in department, TPM TQM etc in above mentioned area of the department
• Implementation of Safety practices in the ASM & all Overhead and Gantry Cranes (E&I section).
• Impart Training to employees.
