Area Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in defence and security industry.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth, expansion, and customer acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in airforce, army retired or life insurance sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in defence & aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of the defence sector's unique challenges and requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
