Area Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement area-level strategies for skill development programs, mobilization, and placement initiatives.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders to identify community needs and develop targeted interventions.
• Manage program operations, including monitoring progress, tracking outcomes, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of projects and services.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in social work or a related field.
• Strong understanding of msw principles and practices.
• Proven track record in program coordination, mobilization, placement, skill development, and skill development.
