Area Head - Youth

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement strategies for skill development programs, training initiatives, and staff capacity building.
• Oversee budgeting processes to ensure effective allocation of funds and resources.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years' experience in center management or cluster management in an NGO or social services setting.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven track record in developing successful skill development programs and training initiatives.
