Area Head - Youth

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee cluster management activities, including coordination with other centers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement programs to achieve organizational goals, monitor progress, and report on outcomes.
• Ensure effective program implementation by providing guidance to team members and addressing any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in NGO management or a related field.
• Strong background in area management, center management, cluster operations, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful programs with measurable results.
