Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage CSR projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective community development programs.
• Oversee mobilization efforts to reach out to target communities and build partnerships for skill development initiatives.
• Ensure seamless placement of trained candidates through livelihood programs.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, area head or similar roles.
• Strong background in community development, mobilization, program coordination, skill development, and team management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing CSR projects with measurable impact.
