Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage community mobilization programs to promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement skill development programs for marginalized groups, focusing on livelihood opportunities.
• Oversee program coordination efforts to ensure effective implementation of CSR projects.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in area head or similar role in community development or related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles and practices.
• Proven track record in mobilizing resources and building partnerships for community benefit.
