Area Head_ South Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement community development programs to promote livelihood opportunities for underprivileged groups.
• Coordinate with corporate partners to design and execute CSR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Manage a team of professionals responsible for mobilization, placement, skill development, and program coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on outcomes to stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in area head or similar role in NGO/social services organization.
• Strong understanding of community development principles, corporate social responsibility practices, and skill development methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
