Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage community mobilization programs to promote corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement skill development programs for underprivileged communities.
• Oversee placement activities, ensuring successful job placements for candidates from various backgrounds.
• Lead a team of professionals in achieving organizational goals related to area head responsibilities.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in community development, CSR, or NGO work.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and practices.
• Excellent program coordination and mobilization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
