Area Head - Small Domestic Appliances (Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for SDA category.
• Drive primary, secondary & tertiary sales through effective planning.
• Expand market share by onboarding new retail counters and distributors.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement area-wise sales strategies.
• Manage distributors, dealers & retailer network in nearby territory.
• Ensure healthy stock levels, proper claim settlements & timely order processing.
• Strengthen channel relationships for better market penetration.
• Ensure perfect visibility & placement of SDA products at key counters.
• Execute marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor competitor activities and share actionable insights with the management.
• Lead, train & motivate the on-ground sales team (TSI/SO/Promoters).
• Conduct regular market visits, performance reviews & coaching sessions.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, market feedback & competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with HO for pricing, schemes, product launches & inventory planning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in Small Domestic Appliances / Electrical / Consumer Durables
• Good knowledge of channel sales & distributor management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under targets and handle team effectively
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Reporting & Market Analysis

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA preferred (Only regular degree)
• Experience in SDA brands like Havells, Philips, Usha, Bajaj, Prestige, Crompton,Panasonic, etc. is an added advantage.
