CTC: 8-12 LPA + Incentives

Experience: Experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel Mandatory

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall sales and business performance of the assigned area.
• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and other direct reportees.
• Drive business through the RM team and their agent/advisor network.
• Monitor RM and agent productivity and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Recruit, develop and retain RMs and other sales team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/advisors across the area.
• Conduct regular field visits and review team performance and market activities.
• Coach and mentor RMs to improve their sales and agent-management capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to expand the agency network and drive business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Life Insurance Agency Channel experience is mandatory.
• Must have experience handling direct reportees, including RMs and sales team members.
• Proven experience in managing an area's sales/business performance.
• Must have experience managing business through agents/advisors.
• Strong leadership, team-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with field work and target-driven responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
