Area Head - Influencer Management

Role & responsibilities

1. Own and grow the electrician CML through dealer referrals, market mapping and regular influencer engagement.

2. Increase active electricians and tertiary scans by driving E-Plus usage, repeat scanning and reactivation of dormant users.

3. Manage priority influencers and drive tier upgrades, retention and stronger Havells advocacy.

4. Drive product demos, upsell and cross-category adoption across relevant Havells categories.

5. Plan and execute electrician meets, nukkad meets and local engagement campaigns.

6. Generate site referrals and leads and coordinate with Sales / Home Solutions for conversion.

7. Resolve key influencer issues and ensure timely closure with relevant teams.

8. Track territory KPIs and take corrective actions to improve influencer productivity.
