Area Head_ Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage area-level mobilization efforts to achieve program goals, ensuring effective community engagement and stakeholder partnerships.
• Oversee skill development initiatives, including training programs for youth and women, promoting livelihood opportunities through corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.
• Coordinate placement services for students, connecting them with relevant organizations for internships, apprenticeships, or full-time employment.
• Ensure seamless execution of community development activities by collaborating with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in area head/cluster manager roles in education/training sector.
• Strong background in community development, mobilization, placement services, skill development, team management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders; excellent communication skills required.
