Role & responsibilities :

• Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business and premium targets for the assigned area Build Strong relationships with Bank Staff for Lead Generation.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and guide Team Provide Product Training & Support to Employees.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, track key metrics (conversion rates, productivity, persistency), and correct course as needed .

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory Exp of Team Handling in Life Insurance Direct Channel Channel.
• Ability to motivate and drive performance
• Proficiency in local market understanding and networking.
