Role & responsibilities

Area Level role, managing and delivering business targets for a large Private Bank channel.

Responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by managing a high performing sales team while also contributing to self-business targets.

The role involves collaboration with bank partner, ensuring product mix adherence and process compliance. It will ensure focus on various parameters like Team Retention, Talent Management and Share of Wallet in the assigned vertical/region.
