Area Head_ Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement community development programs to promote livelihoods, skill development, and corporate social responsibility.
• Manage a team of professionals to achieve program goals, ensuring effective mobilization and placement strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute area head initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor progress against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in community development, CSR, or related fields.
• Strong background in area management, program coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in mobilizing teams towards achieving shared goals.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
