Demand Creation & Market Development
Plan and execute area-level demand generation activities such as mason meets, contractor meets, site visits, product demos, and local promotions.
Identify new growth opportunities and untapped markets within the assigned territory.
Channel Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and stockists.
Support channel partners with product knowledge, schemes, and visibility programs.
Influencer Management
Develop a strong network of contractors, masons, builders, architects, and engineers.
Conduct training sessions and product awareness programs for influencers.
Sales Support & Target Achievement
Work closely with the sales team to drive secondary sales and ensure product availability in the market.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly volume and value targets.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Prepare regular reports on market trends, demand generation activities, and sales performance.
Brand Visibility & Promotion
