Area Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding dues from customers.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of bad debts and minimizing NPAs (Non-Performing Assets).
  
• Develop strategies to improve collections efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer relationships.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial matters.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the debt collection business.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Debt Collection/Loan Collection/Collections/Recovery roles.
  
• Strong understanding of Hard Bucket concepts and ability to manage teams effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on negotiation and conflict resolution.
  
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
