Position: Area Business Manager (ABM)

Location: Bangalore, Vizag

Wellesta Services India Pvt. Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Wellesta Holdings, Singapore, is hiring Area Business Manager (ABM) to be responsible for managing sales and promotional activities for Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands across an assigned territory.

Role Objective

Drive prescription generation and channel management in the assigned territory by leading a team of Medical Representatives and executing effective field strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives.
• Execute doctor engagement and territory coverage plans.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners.
• Conduct joint fieldwork, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.

Drive local scientific activities and business initiatives.

Compensation:

• CTC: 6.0 - 6.5 LPA
• DA: 300 (HQ), 325 (Ex HQ)
