Were Hiring | Area Business Manager/Regional Business Manager – Secured Lending.

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our Business Banking Group as ABM/RBM.

Locations:
Andheri, Mumbai
Pune and Indore

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing portfolio quality, strengthening channel relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team across secured and unsecured lending products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive area-level business growth for Secured Lending
- Lead, manage and mentor Relationship Managers and Sales teams
- Achieve disbursement, revenue and productivity targets
- Strengthen DSA/channel relationships and expand market presence
- Monitor sourcing quality, conversion ratios and TAT
- Track portfolio performance with focus on early delinquency and NPA control
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations and Branch teams
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate and above
Experience: 10–15 years
Strong experience in Secured Lending Sales
Proven experience in team leadership, sales planning and performance management
Strong understanding of DSA/channel management, credit appraisal, portfolio quality and loan lifecycle.
