Job Description :

Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.

oDeveloping and sustaining relationships with key partners i.e. Reliance/ Croma /Vijay Sales oAddressing and resolving key concerns in timely manner. oActing as the main point of contact between key partners/stakeholders and internal teams osupervising the Account Teams assigned to each key partners/stakeholders. oCommunicating and collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Logistics Departments to ensure that partner's needs are met. oDeveloping a thorough understanding of key stakeholders needs & requirements and preparing customized solutions. oExpanding the relationships with partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives: Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics oConceptualizing and building new programs/ initiatives to increase Sell-Out. oSupervising end-to-end execution of new programs by networking with internal and external stakeholders across Samsung and the portal. oAnalysing data and sales statistics and improving business and marketing strategies. omanaging the creation of annual and quarterly marketing plans for selected accounts. oliaising with KAMs to understand account-specific requirements, designing and implementing programs. oSEC Management, ensuring Fill-rate for all categories, sell-out management, sell-out enablers, competition benchmarking, Quick Marketing Intelligence, relationship with partner's operations team.
