- Experience as Medical Representative or Senior MR
- Usually 3-6 years of pharma sales experience
Job responsibilities
Team Management
- Handle and guide a team of Medical Representatives (MRs/TBEs)
- Monitor daily field work and9 of team members
- Conduct joint field work with team members
- Motivate the team to achieve targets
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Ensure product-wise and territory-wise business growth
- Analyze sales reports and market trends
- Prepare business strategies for target achievement
Doctor & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and chemists
- Support team in managing important customers
- Increase prescription generation and product visibility
Training & Development
- Train new team members on:
- Product knowledge
- Sales techniques
- Communication skills
- Field working methods
- Improve team performance through regular coaching
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare tour plans and working strategies
- Monitor daily call averages and doctor coverage
- Submit reports to Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
