Area Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets and expand product presence in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote products and build brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in pediatric or pharma selling/medical sales.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals industry regulations and guidelines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
