Designation: Area/Regional Business Manager

Experience required: Minimum 3-6 years

CTC: Up to 6 Lacs per annum.

Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry

Requirements:

1. B.Sc (Science)/B.Pharma

2. Good communication in English & Local Language

3. Should have Derma Background

Job roles and Responsibility:-

Goals/KRA to be assigned:

• Primary & Secondary target achievement: as per above
• Payment from C&Fs to Company
• Customer list & Distributor list updates and maintenance
• Vacancy management, Coaching as required
• Organize product demonstrations in adequate numbers & quantity
• Conduct product demonstrations inadequate numbers & quantity
• Conduct New Product related activities like: product launch, market- & customer survey
• Keep team motivated
