Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase secured loan disbursements, improve portfolio quality, and reduce delinquency rates.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, risk) to resolve customer issues and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in area management or similar role in the NBFC industry.
  
• Strong understanding of secured loans against property (LAP) products.
  
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
