Area Business Manager - Business Loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for personal loans, business loans, and other unsecured loans.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in consumer lending or unsecured loans.
• Strong understanding of personal loans, business loans, and other types of unsecured loans.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
