Area Business Manager - Automotive Loans

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for originating, processing, and disbursing auto loans across multiple channels (NBFC & Bank).
  
• Oversee end-to-end operations of the portfolio, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing delinquencies.
  
• Develop strategies to increase sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with dealerships.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in vehicle finance or related field (auto loans, car loan, financial services).
  
• Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and client interactions.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
