Area Business Manager (ABM) Refinance

Role & responsibilities

• Drive Refinance business growth across the assigned geography.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire customers for refinance products through market sourcing and local networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, connectors, dealers, and business partners.
• Monitor team productivity, lead conversion, and business performance.
• Ensure quality sourcing, documentation, and adherence to company processes.
• Drive portfolio quality through prudent sourcing and close monitoring of accounts.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Collections, and other stakeholders for smooth loan processing and customer servicing.
• Identify market opportunities and implement local business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 47 years of relevant experience in Refinance, Used Vehicle Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in team handling and business development.
• Strong market knowledge and customer acquisition skills.
• Experience in sourcing business through direct market channels.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for local travel.
