  Conduct risk-based audits of gold loan operations, including loan disbursement, documentation, and gold valuation.

  Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.

  Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.

  Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

  Coordinate with branch teams and support resolution of audit issues.

  Supervise and mentor audit staff in the area.
